I’m a qualified counsellor offering a nurturing and sensitive approach to help support you in exploring difficult personal issues and feelings that may be troubling you and preventing you from moving forward with your life.

The opportunity to reflect, to explore thoughts and feelings, and to start making sense of your situation can bring relief, ease and an understanding and can enable you to consider strategies for coping.

Working together at your own pace, I will support you in developing an awareness of your emotional world, help you gain insight and perspective, and to access ways of strengthening your being so that you feel more able to cope with life’s challenges.

I am here to support you and to help you decide the best way forward.

I work with adults, mainly on an in-person basis and with a small number of on-line appointments via Zoom.
